The Eiger Foundation received an abundance of photobooks — from over thirty-eight countries — for its first African Photobook of the Year Awards.
After a rigorous first round of judging, seventeen books were selected for the next round. These books will now be adjudicated by 7 esteemed judges, and stand a chance of winning a first or runner-up prize.
